We take the time to understand each client’s comprehensive financial situation, not just their investment portfolio.  This includes estate planning, tax issues, education planning, stock option planning, cash flow needs, and any other issues important to each client. 

Whether developing a comprehensive financial plan or investment portfolio allocation, our advice is always customized for each client;  We do not give canned product pitches.  Our focus is to provide advice that finds the optimum solution to each client’s financial situation.

While our clients work hard to save for the future, we work to keep investment costs and taxes low so that more of what you save goes into your pocket.

Fiduciary

You may engage us as a fiduciary for either flat-rate financial plans, and also when we manage your investments under our Assets Under Management services. 

Key components of a CFP Professional fiduciary duty include the duty of loyalty, duty of care, and the duty to follow client instructions.  These duties specifically include the duties to:

  • Place the interests of the client above the interests of the advisor or the advisor's firm
  • Avoid or fully disclose conflicts of interest

Straightforward Pricing

We believe that investors should know how much they are paying their advisor.  

We seek to make our client agreements transparent in pricing, and seek to disclose any conflicts of interests in the services we provide.

In addition, we are passionate about helping those who seek financial advice, but may not be in a position to or willing to transfer their investments to our management.  We offer flat rate financial plans to help these clients receive financial advice.

Recognizing that business owners and families have been busier than ever, Michelle has adapted her financial planning process to make it simpler, more accessible and easier to keep up to date. Streamlining the process through the use of technology is one of the key elements.

If something is perceived as hard or difficult to do, people tend to procrastinate, especially if they have competing priorities. Michelle’s vision is that her clients find that by working with her, it is easier to make financial planning a top priority in their lives.

Michelle brings a breadth of experience to her financial planning clients, from corporate financial planning, operations & sales, to experience helping individuals and families work towards their personal financial goals. She has been helping clients with their personal financial planning needs since 2003.
